My card today has been made using the Poinsettia Place Suite. I just love the look of these flowers, and the stamp set is so versatile.
I started with a Real Red piece of cardstock and layered a piece of Poinsettia Place DSP.
I cut a rectangle from the Plush Poinsettia Speciality Paper and placed on top.
Using Real Red cardstock again I used the Poinsettia Dies to cut the flower and Garden Green cardstock for the leaves. You cut and emboss at the same time, giving that 3D effect.
The branches were cut using the same dies from Whisper White cardstock.
A piece of Real Red Sheer Ribbon, folded in half, and glued on top of the Plush DSP. Next the flower was layered using dimensionals and placed on top of the ribbon.
The leaves and branches were place under the poinsettia.
A piece of Whisper White was placed inside the card.
